| 本文使用2003~2010年我国对外直接投资的面板数据，采用GMM估计方法进行动态面
板数据分析，考察了我国对外贸易结构对OFDI的影响。对世界样本的研究发现：我
国制成品出口比重对OFDI有显著的促进作用，而对我国初级产品进口集中度、我国
与东道国的贸易结合度以及总产品出口竞争力却会产生抑制作用。对发展中国家样
本的分析则显示我国制成品出口竞争力对OFDI有显著的促进作用，而对我国制成品
出口比重和总产品出口竞争力却没有显著的影响。 |

| The Impact of China’s Foreign Trade Structure on OFDI: An EmpiricalAnalysis Based on Dynamic Panel Model |

| Based on Dynamic Panel Model and adopting GMM method, this paper studies the impact of China’s
foreign trade structure on OFDI during 2003~2010. While the overall analysis of world sampls shows the impact
of the proportion of manufactured goods export on OFDI is significant and positive, primary products import
concentration, trade integration degree and the competitiveness of total goods export are significant but negative.
Results of the analysis of developing countries sampls indicate that the competitiveness of manufactured goods
export has a significant positive impact on OFDI, but the proportion of manufactured goods export and the
competitiveness of total goods export have no influence. |
