| 随着中国的迅猛崛起，软硬实力已提升至可以“平衡的贸易自由化原则”和“公正合理有效原则”为制高点，从利益和观念之维度，“自上而下”，分别推引有关局域性自由贸易体制以及国际经济治理机制的创建；且可冀期日后中国软硬实力进一步提升，将循此路径，致力于推引全球范围内多边国际经济法律制度的构建。此乃中国对后全球危机时代国际经济秩序重构过程输入的一股正能量。 |

| Abstract: |
| With its rapid rise, China has gotten enough hard and soft power to promote and lead construction of the regional free trade regimes and governance regimes by the way of“Up to Down”from the highest point of the Balancing Free Trade Principle and the Equitable, Reasonable and Efficient Principle respectively. It is expected that China will continue to promote and lead construction of the multilateral economic regimes in the same way depending on the further increase of its hard and soft power. It can be regarded as a positive energy which China puts into reconstruction of international economic order at the post-age of global financial crisis. |
