| 当前 PPP模式在我国的运行与发展中面临各类投资风险，因此解决 PPP运行中各类投资风险问题的法律规制运用至关重要。本文针对 PPP模式投资中的主要风险类型，即融资风险、经营风险、政治风险和违约风险，分别从风险的分担机制、管控机制和处理机制等 3个方面全面论述预防与应对 PPP投资风险的法律规制。 |

| The practice and development of PPP pattern in China are being faced with different kinds of investment risks. It’s therefore of significance to utilize legal regulation to resolve the risk problems in the operation of PPP pattern. Aiming at main investment risks consist of financing risk, operation risk, political risk and breaching risk under PPP pattern, this expounds comprehensively the legal regulation for prevention and solution of investment risks of PPP pattern from aspects of three mechanism as allocation, control and treatment.
