| 文化创新是当前全球经济摆脱停滞状态、形成强劲增长态势的重要途径。本文基于《2016年全球创新指数》，以“一带一路”沿线 GII排名前 10个国家为研究对象，对比分析了其全球创新指数、创新效率指数、创新投入分指数及创新产出分指数排名变化情况，探讨了其文化创新活动的发展特征。在此基础上，以世界最具创新力的 10个国家为参照，剖析了影响“一带一路”沿线国家文化创新效率的制约因素，提出了推动区域文化创新持续发展的政策建议与发展策略。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cultural innovation is the important way to get rid of the current economic stagnancy and form a strong growth momentum. Based on the report of global innovation index(GII) in 2016, the paper selects the GII top ten countries along the Belt and Road Initiatives and analyses their ranking in global innovation index, innovation efficiency ratio, innovation input sub-index and innovation output sub-index, to inspect the development characteristic of their cultural innovation activity. On this bases, the paper takes the top ten most innovative countries as reference, to find the restriction factors influencing the Belt and Road regional cultural innovation, and puts forward policy suggestions and tactics to promote the regional cultural innovation sustainable development. |
