| 当前，WTO面临巨大的改革冲击，多边贸易与投资框架体系遭遇前所未有的挑战，全球贸易紧张局势加剧了国际投资体系的“碎片化”和“零散化”。尤其是在新冠病毒肺炎大流行背景下，需要确保多边贸易体系对新的经济业态作出积极反应。中国正面临复杂的国际经贸与投资环境，一方面需要中国全面参与 WTO工作，推进贸易投资自由化与便利化，以开放促改革；另一方面需要在 WTO投资框架内贡献中国方案，全力支持发展中国家融入多边贸易体制。 |

| Nowadays, the WTO is facing huge impact of reform pressures, and meanwhile, the multilateral trade and investment framework is experiencing unprecedented challenges. The global trade tensions have intensified the fragmentation of the international investment system. Therefore, it is urgent to guarantee the multiple trade system which makes positive response to the new business modes, especially under the epidemic situation of the COVID-19. China is now facing complicated international business and investment environment. On the one hand, it needs to play a full part in the work of the WTO, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and promote reform through opening-up. On the other hand, it needs to provide its own approach to contribute to the investment framework system of the WTO and fully support the developing countries to integrate into the multiple trade mechanism. |
