| 大陆与台湾在经济发展上有很多互补之处，作为中国沿海经济较为发达的省份，江苏
省与台湾地理位置存在天然的临近，在实际开放中也与台湾有颇多合作。江苏与台湾
两地产业结构变迁的分析表明，江苏省和台湾地区的产业结构比重存在梯度差异的发
展态势，而这种产业结构变动的阶段差异，为苏台两地产业合作提供了发展空间。江
苏省必须抓住机遇，不断改善自身投资环境，积极承接台湾产业转移，依据各自比较
优势来确立苏台两地产业分工架构,从而最大限度利用双方资源推动自身发展 |

| Shifts of Industrial Structures of Jiangsu and Taiwan andthe Path of Their Cooperation |

| Abstract: |
| The China mainland and Taiwan Region can be complemented in many areas. As one of the most
developed provinces in the east of China, Jiangsu is closer to Taiwan. The two areas also have many cooperation
areas. The Analysis on the shifts of industrial structures of Jiangsu and Taiwan reveal a tendency that there exists
a gap in the proportion of industrial structures, which offers an enormous possibility for their cooperation. To take
advantage of this opportunity, Jiangsu needs to create favorable cooperative environment, accept Taiwan industrial
shifts and establish reasonable industrial division to facilitate the economic development. |
