| 在世界经济秩序变革中，国际经济法呈现出五大新趋向，即：区域经贸合作方兴未
艾，最惠国待遇制度正经历变异；国家主权的自我限制趋多，法律的趋同化加快；公
共秩序保留制度被淡化；互惠原则日趋宽松；协议管辖地位凸显。对此，中国作为发
展中国家，应该认真研究相应对策，完善有关立法，以维护国家的正当权益。 |

| In the evolution of the world economic order, international economic law appeares five new trends,
namely regional economic cooperation is in the ascendant, the system of most-favoured-nation clause is
experiencing variation; national sovereignty becomes more self-restraint, law hastens the assimilation; public
order reservation system is desalinated; the principle of reciprocity is relaxed day by day; the status of agreement
jurisdiction is highlighted.In this regard, China as a developing country, should seriously study the appropriate
measures, improve the relevant legislation in order to maintain our country’s legitimate interests. |
