| 本文以2006～2010年为样本区间，研究了文化双因素对中国FDI的流量及存量的影响，
在文化距离维度方面分别考虑了Hofstede文化维度和GLOBE文化维度。结果发现FDI
流量与Hofstede文化距离不显著相关，与GLOBE文化距离呈现显著负相关关系，FDI
存量与Hofstede文化距离和GLOBE文化距离均呈现显著负相关关系；FDI流量和存量
与文化相似度在两种情况下都呈现显著的正向关系。研究表明，从更全面的文化因素
视角看，GLOBE文化维度相比于Hofstede文化维度在研究FDI中更为全面和适用，而
且文化相似度与文化距离相比对中国FDI的影响意义更大。 |

| Cultural Dual-factor Analysis of China’s Foreign Direct Investment |

| Abstract: |
| China’s foreign direct investment in recent years has achieved rapid growth. In this paper, the impact
of cultural dual factors of China’s foreign investment flows and stocks are from 2006 to 2010 examined for the
sample interval. For the dimensions of cultural distance, the frameworks of Hofstede and GLOBE are discussed
respectively. It is found that FDI flows have not significant relationship with Hofstede cultural distance but relates
negatively to GLOBE cultural distance. However, FDI stocks present a significantly negative relation with both
Hofstede cultural distance and GLOBE cultural distance. FDI flows and FDI stocks have shown a significant
positive relationship with cultural proximity. This study indicates that from the perspective of more comprehensive
cultural factors, compared to the Hofstede’s framework, GLOBE is more applicable for FDI research, and compared
to the cultural distance, cultural proximity has a greater impact on China’s foreign direct investment |
