| 美国次贷危机引发国际金融危机后，引发了全球对影子银行的关注，中国也不例外。
同时，影子银行的迅速发展改变了传统的货币政策传导机制，弱化了货币政策效应，
亟需加强金融监管。本文从影子银行的规范分析出发，通过分析影子银行在中国的发
展现状、规模、特征与价值分析，提出了加强影子银行监管的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Almost all the countries, including China, have paid more attention to the shadow banking system as
the financial crises happened in 2008 because of subprime mortgage crisis. At the same time, the monetary policy
transmission mechanism is changed when the shadow banking system develops rapidly, and the effect of monetary
policy is weakened accordingly. Taking measures and strengthening regulation are in need urgently. The paper
analyses the related subjects including the present situation, size, features, active and negative influence of the
shadow banking system in a normalized way, and some suggestions are provided correspondingly |
